When you have logged in, select New Order > New Order from the top of the page.




Step 1: Select your service - Select whether your order will be for captions or subtitles. Then select the languages you need for your order. Note that you can select multiple languages for your order.




Step 2: Select your videos - Upload and select the videos for your project. The videos you select will appear in your order summary on the right side of the page. There are several methods for uploading your videos (learn more).




Step 3: Select the company to work on your project - Compare companies by their rates, evaluation scores and turnaround times. (learn how we evaluate our vendors to guarantee quality) If you have a file for guidelines, don't forget to attach them to the appropriate language.




Step 4: Upload scripts - If you have any script files, upload them in the script uploader. Note that rates vary based on whether you have provided scripts.



Step 5: Specify output format - Select the specifics of your file like frames per second, minimum and maximum subtitle durations, frame splits, etc. If your file is for Amazon captions or you just don't know, you can use our client-profiled templates. 



Check your order summary and and complete your order. Don't forget to check the vendor's work from time to time to make sure everything is exactly as you want it. The vendor does not receive your payment until you have approved their work.
