Subty promises high quality services to clients, so we require an evaluation for each service a vendor provides. Evaluations assess ability to stamp time codes, translate without scripts, and adhere to strict guidelines. When you register a service in Account>Service Languages, the evaluations will appear automatically in the Evaluations tab. The evaluation will begin when you click Start.

The evaluation is approximately ten minutes long and the deadline is 48 hours after starting. Please refer to the Evaluation Manual in the Evaluation tab for more information.

Read on to study the workflow of the evaluation. The workflow is almost the same for evaluations and actual orders.

1. Click Start

2. The page will refresh, and you will be able to access the project by entering the Workroom.

3. Inside the Workroom, all of the information regarding the project is accessible. Click on Assignment to assign translators or other workers.

4. Assign translators in the Assignment popup. Click Add to add details into a step. Click Apply to save the step details. Clicking Add Assignment will add a blank step. When you are done, click Save at the bottom. Every translator, upon their turn, will receive an email with their own personal link and password to their step in the project. (Translators do not need to register Subty accounts!)

6. Manage the steps and translators by clicking the Management button and monitor work by accessing the editor through Open in editor.

7. Projects move onto the next step when the current translator navigates to Management > Complete at the top of the Subty Editor.

8. When all steps have been completed, a Deliver Now button will appear. This completes the project and send it to the client (or the evaluator in this case). You can also do a final review before the delivery and make last minute adjustments to the file.
